Description: A native of Ireland, a labourer and army pensioner, sixty-three years of age, about 5 feet 10 inches high, medium build, fresh complexion, long face and nose, brown hair and whiskers turning grey, chin and upper lip shaved, bald on top of head, female figure tattooed on left forearm. He was £74 in arrear on the 31st ultimo.
