Muedee. —John O’Grady, master or commander of the schooner “ Clarence Packet,” and Sidoug, a Malay seaman on board the above vessel, are charged, on warrants issued by George Eliot, Esq., J.P., at Geraldton, on the 28th June, 1881, that, on or about the 30th June ultimo, on board the “ Clarence Packet,” during a voyage from Eremantle to Sharks Bay, they wilfully did murder Ah Soor, a passenger on board the said “ Clarence Packet.”
