The sum of £2 has been awarded to Constable Alfred Stan' ton, Wanganui Police, for the arrest of George Coulson, who deserted from the barque “ Adamant,” at New Plymouth.
The sum of £2 10s. has been awarded to Constable Patrick Shea, Wellington Police, in recognition of his services in connection with the prosecution of Morris Hyams, fined £5 for a breach of “ The Pawnbrokers Act, 1888.”
