Charles Graham is charged, on warrant issued by the Sandhurst Bench, with embezzlement on the Mutual Assurance Society, Melbourne, last March. Description : English, twentynine years of age, 5 feet 7 inches high, thin build, fair complexion, clean-shaved, fair hair, blue eyes, long neck, roundshouldered, good address; wore blue-black frock coat and vest, brown-and-white pattern trousers, and light-drab wideawake hat with narrow light-drab silk band; had a small blackleather bag.—O. 2604. —13th May, 1879. —It is alleged that this offender has come to New Zealand, and that he is employed in an insurance office.
