| Information is requested respecting Henry William Lang-*' street, who left England, 1862, and who is said to have been seen in Sydney by some of the English cricketers. From inquiries made, Langstreet is believed to have gone to New Zealand. Information to the Inspector-General of Police, E.B. 322.

A warrant'has been issued 1 by the. Dubbo Bench' for the arrest. of Edward Hanrahan, late Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands at Dubbo, charged with embezzling £555" 7s. 6d., the money of Her Majesty the Queen. Hanrahan is about' twenty-six years of age, 6 feet high, dark complexion, blue eyes/ hair nearly black and very thick, moustache and whiskers, low forehead, stoops when walking, manners quiet and shy. Supposed to have gone to Melbourne.
