Grading Points for Export Butter and Cheese
Contributed by the Dairy Division BUTTER-MANUFACTURING companies which obtained an average grade of 93.75 points or more and cheese-manufacturing companies which obtained an average grade of 92.50 points or more during the year ended 31 July 1957 are listed below in order of merit. Of the total listed, the 17 butter factories and 15 of the cheese factories are in the North Island and the remaining 2 cheese factories are in the South Island.
