Heat remainder of the milk, pour in the mixture, add butter, cook 5 minutes, then pour into a piedish. Beat , egg whites stiff, add sugar and pile on top. Brown in a cool oven. ORANGE SNOW Make up two separate, jellies, using one packet each of orange and raspberry Edmonds Jelly Crystals. When orange is nearly set whip whites of two eggs to a stiff froth, add to jelly and whip for about ten minutes till light and feathery. Put away in dish in cool place to set. -Decorate with the raspberry jelly and serve.
