Leading Factory Averages for Year Ended July 31, 1951
Contributed by the DAIRY DIVISION D UTTER-MANUFACTURING companies which obtained an average grade of 93.75 points or more and cheesemanufacturing companies which obtained an average grade of 92.75 points or more during the year ended July 31, 1951, are listed below in order of merit. Of the total listed, 30 butter factories are in the North Island and 4 butter and all the cheese factories are in the South Island.
