Our next competition closes on December 15, and the subject is “What is the effect of radio serials on. the minds of our children?” Send in your opinions, they will be most interesting. December Every mail I open brings me news from one or another of you about your pets. What grand companions they are, our pets. I had two goldfishes once, that swam round all day in a golden bowl, and how attached I became to them. So our next competition is to be about your petswe want to know what they are, and what they do. , “OUR PETS.” Let me have , your entries by January 15, 1943, and you may win one of the two . prizes, first 10s, and second 5s “MARY,” C/o “Journal of Agriculture,” P.O.
