Following the bringing into operation of the Honey-export Control Act. Messrs. Top-dressing after Hay-harvest.— hay has been cut from a young or weak turf, 2 cwt. to 3 cwt. of superphosphate can subsequently be applied with advantage as soon as a good fall of rain appears imminent.
