ALTERNATIVE Tenders are invited by the Executors for: — (a) The purchase of the freehold of the land at the corner of Molesworth and Hawkestone Streets, Wellington, upon which is erected the Shamrock Hotel, with Publican’s License appurtenant. (b) The purchase of a lease of the said land and Hotel for a term of five years. Possession in either case about the 4th day of March, 1921. A deposit of ten per cent, of the amount tendered must accompany each tender. Highest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Conditions of tender and form of agreement for purchase or lease may be seen at the office of the Executors’ Solicitors, Messrs. Bell, Gully, Myers, and O’Leary, Wellington. Tenders close on the 20th day of January, 1921, and must be in writing, addressed to the Solicitors. For further particulars apply to M. J.
