ENTRIES for FOALS of 1919 will close on h day to be fixed in 1921 for the 16th Palmerston North Stakes, 1921, and 18th Manawatu Stakes, 1922. In the event of any horse entered -with the Manawatu Racing Club in any of the above-mentioned races dying before the first forfeit becomes due, the owner shall not be liable for payment of forfeit, provided that he gives’ notice and supplies proof of death before the first forfeit becomes due. Maiden four-year-olds and upwards at time of\ starting: allowed 101 b.; three-year-olds 71b. Geldings allowed 31b.
