WELLINGTON NOTES.

(By

“Lorgnette.”)

WELLINGTON, May 24

The 1920 Dandies are enjoying a successful season at the Town Hail Concert Chamber. This year’s combination is a compact and brilliant one, and the programmes produced show to great advantage the versatility of the company. The Wellington Amateur Operatic Society are assiduously rehearsing “La Fille du Tambour Major.” We are anxiously awaiting the return of the Allan Wilkie Company and the J. C. Williamson Pantomime Company. Both attractions are sure of a hearty welcome.
