POVERTY BAY TROTTING CLUB.

ANNUAL MEETING. Highly satisfactory nominations have been received for the Poverty Bay Trotting Club’s annual meeting, which is to be held on the Gisborne Racing Club’s course, Te Hapara, on Friday, February 13. The principal event, the Poverty Bay Trotting Cup (two miles) has attracted 14 entries, and an interesting race will be witnessed. Mr. I - W Edwards will declare the handicaps on Thursday (January 29).
