All colours must lie registered, or a line of fl will be imposed. 7. Any owner running a horse m colours other than those named at time of entry will be fined. S. All persons intending to withdraw horses are required to give notice to the Secretarv or Clerk of Scales one half-hour before the time appointed foist arting the race. 9.
