Nomination Isov, acceptance 2sovs. To start at 4.55 p.m. 1. The meeting will be held under the Rules of N.Z. Racing. The trotting events under the Rules of the N.Z. Trotting Association. 2. Stakes will be paid in full. 3. All non-starters must be scratched half an hour before the race. 4. The winner of any flat race after declaration of weights to carry 71b penalty. The winner of any trotting’ race after declaration of handicaps may be re-handicapped. 5. By the entry of, or endeavouring to enter, a horse, every person having, or subsequently acquiring, any interest in such horse shall be deemed to accept all the conditions and restrictions imposed or implied by these Rules, and to be barred from questioning the action or conduct of the club or other body holding a sports meeting or of any official of the club, or such other body in respect of such horse, or of any person connected therewith otherwise than is provided for in Part XXX. —Rule 172 Rules of Trotting. ACCEPTANCES due on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 22, at 8 p.m. All nominations by telegraph must be confirmed by letter the following day, giving particulars of age, colour and breed of horse nominated. Also, name of owner and trainer, colours of rider. Failure to attend to these instructions will incur a fine of £2, which will be strictly enforced by the club.
