A returned New Zealander who was recently in Melbourne, states that the Masterton-owned Three (The Welkin —-Teppo) has lost all form for some months past, and the brilliancy which he used to show in his two and three-year-old races has entirely left him. His owner, Mr. R. Buick, of Ma,sterton, is considering retiring him to the stud next spring, but so far he has not decided where to stand him.
