MAIDEN STEEPLECHASE (HANDICAP) of SOOsovs; second horse to receive 40sovs, and third horse 20 sovs out of the stake. For all horses that have never won a steeplechase of the value of 150sovs, or steeplechases of the collective value of 400sovs at time of nomination. Winner of any steeplechase after the declaration of weights to carry 101 b penalty. Entrance Isov, and acceptance Isov each. About two miles and a-half. JERVOIS HANDICAP of SOOsovs; second horse to receive 40sovs, and third horse 20sovs out of the stake. For three-year-olds and upwards that have never won a flat race of the value of 150sovs, or flat races of the collective value of 400sovs at time of nomination. Winner of any flat race after declaration of weights to carry 71b penalty. Minimum weight, 8.0. Entrance Isov, and acceptance Isov each. HUNT CLUB HURDLES (HANDICAP) of 200aovs; second horse to receive 40sovs, and third horse 20sovs out of the stake. For horses the bona fide property of members of any recognised Hunt Club, and which have been duly qualified during the season of 1918 by a lady member or gentleman member of any such Hunt Club. No horse will be eligible which has won a race of any description of the value of more than 50sovs prior to time of starting. (Hunters’ races excepted.) . Owners must hand to the Secretary a certificate of qualification of their horses at time of nomination. Over eight flights of hurdles. Minimum weight, 10.0. Entrance Isov, and acceptance Isov each. Two miles. MEMBERS’ HANDICAP of 350sovs; second horse, to receive 70sovs, and third horse 30sovs out of the stake. Foi- three-year-olds and upwards. Minimum weight, 8.0. HUNT CLUB CUP (HANDICAP STEEPLECHASE) of SOOsovs; second horse to receive 4 Oso vs, and third norse 20sovs out of the stake.
