Hurdle Races.—The winner of- any hurdle race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101 b, and for every additional race 71b extra. Flat Races. —In any race, except Manawatu Sires’ Produce Stakes (Tenth), Manawatu Stakes (Fourteenth) and Awapuni Gold Cup, the winner of any flat race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101 b, and for every additional race a further penalty of 61b extra. Horses handicapped at 8.10 and over to carry only half the above penalties. Owners are responsible for all penalties and allowances. NOMINATIONS, WEIGHTS AND ACCEPTANCES.
