Name, age, pedigree and performances and description of horse and colours of rider to be sent with nomination. 3. All races to be under N.Z. Rules of Racing. 4. All stakes paid in full. 5. All winning horses after declaration of weights are subject to be re-handl-capped, except in cases where special penalties are provided. 6. Owners are responsible for all penalties and allowances. 7.
