SUMMER MEETING. The Canterbury- Jockey Club’s summer meeting was held on Saturday in fine but windy weather. There was an average attendance of the public. The totalisator handled £14,811, as against £14,571 last year. The results were: — TRIAL HANDICAP. Seven furlongs. I—Glendower,1 —Glendower, 8.2 (J.
