PENALTIES. The winner of any race after the declaration of weights may be rehandicapped by the handicapper. RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. Description, age, pedigree, and name of trainer must accompany all nominations. 2. Entries- must be accompanied by cash, cheque or post office order. 3. All races to be run under New Zealand Rules of Racing. 4.
