SUMMER MEETING. TANGO WINS CUP. Perfect weather prevailed for the opening of the Marlborough Facing Club’s summer meeting at Blenheim, and the attendance proved up to expectations. The racing was of a high standard despite the run of luck which attended the efforts of the favourites, who scored on no less than six occasions during the totalisator staff handled £7732. making a total of £15,648 for the gathering.
