Any person who shall run a horse in colours not duly registered in his name shall in every case pay to the Club a fine of £1 for every start. All disputes, claims and protests arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards, or whoever they may appoint, and such decision on all points shall be final. In no case will tickets of admission be issued to trainers or jockeys unless on production of licenses to the Secretary. The Rules of Racing will be strictly adhered to. In races No. 2,5, 6, and 8 the winner of any race, after the declaration of weights, exceeding 35sovs in value, shall carry a penalty of 71b, and over 70sovs in value a penalty of 101 b. In races No. 3 and 4, the winner of any race after the declaration of weights, not exceeding 75sovs in value, shall carry a penalty of 51b; not exceeding 120sovs in value a penalty of 71b; and over 120sovs in value a penalty of 101 b.
