Mr. E. J. Carroll, who represents important theatrical interests in Australia, is on a six weeks’ visit to New Zealand. Mr. Carroll, after spending a lew days in Auckland, went to Wellington on Sunday, and intends taking a trip to Rotorua before leaving by the Niagara on her next voyage to America. He is accompanied by his wife and children.
Mr. John Farrell, at the conclusion of the “Birth of a Nation” season on Saturday, proceeds to Wellington to take charge of the Hale HamiltonMyrtle Tannehill Comedy Company.
