Writing to the “Sporting Review” from Zeist, Holland, a Belgian prisoner of war states that in order to render his captivity more agreeable he has commenced the collection of different used stamps. He writes that he will be happy to send a war keepsake of the Belgian camp in exchange for some stamps for his collection.
