GISBORNE RACING CLUB.

The June programme of this club, which will give the net profits to the Wounded Soldiers' Relief Fund, appears in this issue. It is a most attractive one. The Gisborne Steeplechase is worth 400sovs. and Te Hapara Steeplechase 200sovs. The Bark Hurdie Race is worth 250sovs. and the Gisborne Hurdle Race 200sovs. The open and hack handicaps are worth from 175sovs. to IGOsovs., and the two Maiden hack races, one a fixed weight event and the other a handicap, at four and five furlongs respectively, are worth lOOsovs. each. Nominations will be taken on May 26th by Mr. H. E. Dodd, secretary.
