We give above the first four lines of a Limerick. What you have to do is to add a last line, the last word of which shall rhyme with the last words of the first two lines. When you have written your last line in the space provided on the entry form, cut it out, fill in your name and address in ink, and enclose three penny postage stamps. Then place the entry form in an envelope addressed to the Editor, "Sporting and Dramatic Review,” Post Office Box 52. Auckland. Mark your envelope “Competition” in the top left-hand corner. All attempts must arrive on or before Thursday, September 9th, 1915. £lO 10s. will be awarded by the Editor of “Sporting and Dramatic Review” to the sender of the line which is considered to be the best by the adjudicators, by whom originality of idea will be taken into consideration. £5 ss. will be awarded to the sender of the next best line, and the senders of the next five best lines received will each be awarded £1 Is.
