Penalties.—Flat Races—The winner of any flat race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101 b, and every additional race a further penalty of 61b. Horses handicapped at 8.10 or over, to carry only half of the above penalty. (Applies to the Whangarei meeting only.) The winner of any race Of £4O or upward after declaration of weights may be re-handicapped. NOTE.—Races First Day, Nos. 1. 4,6, and Second Day, Nlos. 1, 4. 7 are open only to horses that have been owned and trained continuously in any County north of the Waitemata County three months prior to date of entry. Nos. 2, 3,5, 7,8, First Day, and Nos. 2,3, 5, 6. 8 Second Day are open races. R. J. DENT, Secretary W.R.C.
