A LICENSEE’S RESPONSIBILITIES. At Christchurch, on Saturday, Mr. W. R. Haselden, S.M., gave his decision in the cases against A. W. Lane, licensee of the White Hart Hotel, and Arthur Chambers, his barman, of having supplied Alexander Gordon, an intoxicated person, with liquor on July 14th. Mr. Haselden, in giving judgment, reviewed the evidence and said that the question was whether the man Gordon was visibly intoxicated when supplied by Chambers. He did not
