NEW ZEALAND v. VICTORIA.
PROPOSED LADIES’ MATCH. The possibility of playing a match between the teams of ladies who will represent Victoria and New Zealand against New South Wales, at Sydney next month, has been considered by the council of the New South Wales association- It was found impracticable to play the match during the tournament week, commencing April 26, but two proposals have been made, which are to be considered by the Victorian association. The first is that the match Victoria v. New South Wales should be played after the championships on May 3 and 4, and that Victoria and New Zealand would then play on May 5 and 6. In this case, New South Wales would play New Zealand on April 22 and 23.
