THE NORTH SHORE Y.C.

The North Shore Yacht Club brought off the second series of class races on Saturday, the wind being very light from the South. In class 1 the Miro (8m..) won on time from Thistle (3min.), with Wairere (scr.) 3.

In class 2 Mystery (9min.), won from Emerald (scr.), Sybil did not finish.

In class 3 Waitangi (7^min.) was first. Geisha ~(2%min.) second and Gladys (scr.) third. Hetty (3min.) had yet another win in the class 4 event with Hilda (3min.) second and Mowai (scr.) third, the finishing times being very close. Eileen (smin.) won the class 5 event from Mei (4min.) and Merlin (6min.).

In class 6 May Belle (smin.) proved victorious with Encounter (4min.) second and Valdora (scr.) third. Dixie (one of the Waitemata Dinghy Club boats) won the class 7 event with Fleetwing second and Sceptre third. Messrs- F. Bennett, H. Hill, and S. White acted as officers of the day.
