THE WANGANUI J.C. AUTUMN MEETING.
The autumn meeting o" the Wanganui Jockey Club will take place on Thursday and Saturday, March 4 and 6. and for it a very liberally-endowed programme has been drawn up particulars of which will be found in our advert’sing columns. Owners who intend nominating should bear in mind that general entries close with Mr. W. Hall, the secretary, Box 15 G.P.0., Wanganui, on Monday next, Jan. 25 at 9 p.m, The events for wlrch entries are called are the Stewards’ Handicap Petre Hack Handicap, Westmere Hurdle Race, Tayforth Handicap Hack Hurdles. Wanganui Cup. Juvenile Handicap, Wiritoa Hack Flat Handicap. Flying Handicap, Autumn Handicap, Matarawa Hack Flat Handicap, Fordell Hurdle Race, Okoia Handicap Hack Hurdles, Wanganm Stakes Handicap Harrison Hack Handicap. F' l re well Handicap, the entry fee being I°cv in each case.
