Particulars of alcoholic liquor sent tq the licensing districts of Invercargill, Oamaru and Ashburton since nollcense came into force in those districts were presented to Parliament last week. To Invercargill there went 112,463 gallons of beer, 2209 of porter, 7131 of whisky, other spirits bringing the total up to 123,952 gallons. To Oamaru there went 23,023 gallons of beer, 4942 of whisky, and 466 of brandy, the total being 29,196 gallons; the number of bottles of beer, whisky, stout and spirits being* 37,766. In the'Ashburton district 102,982 gallons of beer and stout were received, 3330 bottles of spirits, and 8788 cases of whisky and wine.
