A.R.C. COMMITTEE.

The A.R.C. Committee met on Monday evening, the Hon. E. Mitchelson in the chair. The resignation of Mr. M. McLean from the committee was accepted with regret. Mr. E. A. Price was appointed to fill the vacancy. Accounts amounting to £lO6 were passed for payment. Transfers were passed as follows: —Executors of George G. Stead: To R. D. O’Donnell, bay colt Cuian Forte, 2yrs; to M. Kavanagh, bay colt Cronstadt, 2yrs; to J. Gleseking, bay filly Sweet Angelus, 3yrs; to A.
