All disputes; objections, protests, etc., will be decided by a majority of Stewards present, and their decision 'will be - final, and all nominations will be taken on this condition only. All protests, etc., must be made to the Secretary in writing within fifteen minutes of the race, and 20s deposited, as a protest fee,'which sum will be forfeited if the protest be deemed .frivolour or Certificates for Races 2, 4, and 5 must be prodcued at the scales.
