MAIDEN STEEPLECHASE HANDICAP of 15sovs. Open to all horses that have not won a race of any description. Nomination, 7s 6d; acceptance, 7s 6d. About two miles. 2. HUNTERS’ HANDICAP HURDLE RACE of 15sovs; second horse to receive £2 10s from the stake. For qualified hunters as per Association Rules. Minimum weight, lOst 71b. Nomination, 7s 6d; acceptance, 7s 6d. One mile and a-half. 3. OPEN HANDICAP FLAT RACE of 20sovs; second horse to receive £2 10s from the stake. Nomination, 10s; acceptance, 10s. Five furlongs. 4. All disputes; objections, protests, etc., will be decided by a majority of Stewards present, and their decision 'will be - final, and all nominations will be taken on this condition only. All protests, etc., must be made to the Secretary in writing within fifteen minutes of the race, and 20s deposited, as a protest fee,'which sum will be forfeited if the protest be deemed .frivolour or Certificates for Races 2, 4, and 5 must be prodcued at the scales.
