For all horses that have never won a steeplechase of the value of 80sovs, or steeplechases of the collective value of 200sovs at time of starting. MAIDEN WELTER (HANDICAP) of lOOsovs, second horse to receive 10 sovs out of the stake. For three-year-olds and 1 upwards that have never won a flat race of the value of lOOsovs, or flat races of the collective value of 250sovs at time of starting.
