General entry niyht for the A.R.C. Winter Meeting is r riday, May 19. Acceptances for the G.N. Hurdles and Steeplechase must be made on that date by 9 p.m. ♦ * * * Handicaps for the opening day of the Wanganui Meeting and also for the Century Hurdles, to be decided on the second day, are due on Saturday next. • * ♦ ♦ Acceptances for the first day’s events of the Takapuna J.C. Winter Meeting, also for the Handicap Steeplechase, must be made to Mr Wynyard by 9 p.m. tomorrow (Friday) evening. Handicaps for the G.N. Hurdles and G.N. Steeplechase, to be run at the Auckland Racing Club’s Winter Meeting, are due to appear on or about Saturday next.
