Entrance;money must be enclosed with name, age, pedigree, name of owner, and colours of rider. Any jockey riding the colours entered will be fined one guinea. All disputes, claims, protests, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards, or whoever they may appoint, and such decision on all points shall be final.
