Acceptances received by the Secretary till 5 p.m. Monday, 2nd November. The age, pedigree, colour and performance of horses, together with fees, must accompany Nominations. Horseowners not complying with this rule will be subject to disqualification. The colours) of riders must be sent in with nomination. Jockeys riding in colours not nominated will be fined £l. Protests mu.t be made in writing to the Secretary within 10 minutes after the race, accompanied (with deposit, which is liable to be forfeited to the Club, if the protest is dismissed.
