Maiden Trot Handicap of 30 sovs ; second horse • to receive 5 sovs from the stake. For all horses that have never won an advertised trotting race exceeding 25 sovs in .value at time of entry. Nomination, 10s ; acceptance, 15s. Distance, one and a-half mile. • Pony 1 rot handicap of 25 sovs-; second ihorse to receive 5 sovs from the stake. For ponies 14 hands 2 inches and under. For all horses that have never won an advertised trotting race at better than 2min 43sec to the mile at time of entry. All entrants will be handicapped to trot 2min 65sec ' . or better to the mile. Great No them Trotting Handicap of 200 sovs. Open to horses that can do 2.45 or under. To be run - i in heats. Two heats the first day, and the final heat the second day. First three in each heat qualified for the final. The winners of first and second heats to receive 50 sovs from the stake. The winner of the final to receive 70 sovs, the second 20 sovs, and the third 10 sovs from the stake Starters in first and second heats to be decided by ballot drawn by Stewaids after acceptance.
