At the Supreme Court yesterday, Mr Justice Coaolly delivered the Chief Justice’s judgment in the c<se Hancock and Co v Martin Byan

His Honour gave judgment for the plaintiff Company for £247 17s, in addition to the sum paid into court (£320 3s). His Honour awarded costs to the plaintiff company according to scale, on £520 until the money had been paid into Court, and on £24917s since that date.
