First Handicap Hurdle Bace of 150 sovs ; second horse to receive 20 sovs from the stakes ; about two miles and a distance; over eight flights of hurdles, 3ft 6in in height; the winner of any hurd e race after declaration of weights to carry 71b ext 1 a. nomination, 1 sov; acceptance, 1 sov. In the event of any entrant winning a handicap of the value of 100 sovs after the declaraiion of weights, the handicapper will review that horse’s weight, and will raise it or allow it to stand as he thinks fit.
