The undersigned have received instructions to sell at Sylvia Park on Monday, December 31, TOE FOLLOWING FASHIONABLE THOROUGHBBED YEARLINGS Lot L—BAY FTLLT, by Seaton Delaval out of Innisfail, by Nordenfelat out of Inisthona, by Leonidas —Moilena, by Patriarch from Rosabella, by Panic. Tnniwfail is dam of St Innis, a winner. This filly is very smart. The form shown by the stock of Seaton Delaval is exceptional—out of 13 of his progeny that have raced 12 have proved winners. Lot2.—BAY COLT, by St Leger out of Cantiniere, by Musket—Queen Bess by Nutwith out of daughter of Biddlesworth, by St Patrick. Cantiniere is the Awn of Brown Bess, Woodstock, and other winners. This yearling colt is full brother to Woodstock, and is well grown. Lot B.—BAY FILLY, by Seaton Delaval out of Bragela, by Panic out of Phillis, by Biehelieu out of Phillippine, by The Premier out of Matilda, by Zohrab. Bragela ia dam of Ida, St Gordon, Grenadier, all , good performers. This is a well-grown filly, and u full of quality. She shows good paddock form, and will come to hand early. 4 —BA V FtLLY, by Seaton Delaval out of Miss Gladys, by Cuirassier out of Sybil (half-sister to St Leger), by Leolinus—Atlantis (imp). This filly is a first foal, and is very well grown. Her breeding cannot be surpassed, combining as she does the Musket, Fisherman, ana St Leger blood. Lot S.— CHESTNUT FILLY, by Seaton Delaval out of Charente, by Nordenfeldt out. of La Dauphine, by The Dauphin out of Brassolis. by Fame out of Josephine, by Boiardo. Charente is dam of La Gloria, the winner of A. 8.0. Guineas, Prince of Wales’ Handicap, and City Handicap; also of Nonette, winner of Avondale Stakes, A.R.C. Welcome Stakes, and Musket Stakes. This is an exceedingly well-grown filly, and should command the attention of buyers in want of running blood. Lot 6.—CHESTNUT COLT, by Seaton Delaval out of Waitemata, by Eiridspord out of Aorere, by Chester out of Kaipara, by Goldsbrough from Mari tana, by New Warrior from Mermaid, by Fisherman. Lot 9.—CHESTNUT FILLY, by St Hippo out of Jade- - stone, by Sword Dance out of Onyx, by A ngler out of Chrysolite, by Stockwell out of Juliet, by Touchstone. Thin yearling’ filly is exceedingly well grown, showing great size, and is full of quality. Being half-sister to that great performer Explosion, and by St Hippo, one of the best racehorses ever saddled in New Zealand, she should command the " attention of buyers. This yearling colt is full brother to Miss Delaval, winner of C. J.C. Oaks, A.R.C. Derby, and W.R.C. N.Z. St Leger Stakes. He is full of quality, and has every appearance of making A great racehorse. Miss Letty is dam of Miss Rose, Laetitia, and Beddington, all good winders. This is a great colt, has plenty of size, and shows a lot of quality. He should both gallop fast and stay well. Lot 12.—CHESTNUT FILLY, by Hotchkiss out of “ Sybil, by Leolinus out of Atlantis, dam of St , Leger. by Thormanby out of Hurricane by Wild Dayrell out of Neidia, by Scutari.
