Owners, rTrainer s and others entering and accepting horses for the T. J.C. Meetings are notified that no entries or acceptances will be received unless accompanied by the necessary amount in cash. Any person failing to declare his colours at time of entry will be fined 2 sovs, unless the colours of the Owner of the horse are duly registered.
