Owing to the wet weather on Saturday, the council decided to postpone the exhibition match until probably September 22nd. The teams' are likely to undergo some slight alterations. A practice match will take place next Saturday afternoon, teams to be picked on the ground (Domain). There will be no counter attractions

on the 22nd, and if the Domain can be secured for that date, there will probably be a large attendance and a large sum reaped from the gate money. Electorate lacrosse‘will be introduced in Adelaide (S.A.). next season, after many years of advocating for it. The Glebe Club has won the Championship of New South Wales for 1900. More correspondence relative .to the Canadian visit here next season, may be expected next week. The Ponsonby Club intend winding up their successful season with a smoke concert at an early date. •
