No. I—lt is notified for general information that the Easter Encampment of Instruction of the several arms in the Auckland District will be held this year as under : — Naval Artillery, Coastguard Artillery, and Engineers will be notified hereafter The “A” Battery Artillery, Auckland Mounted and Waikato (No. 3) Mounted Biflea, Bearer Corps, Companies of the No. 1 Auckland Battalion, and Garrison Band, in the paddock adjoining Potter’s Paddock. Nos. 1 and 2 Waikato Mounted Rifles, the Companies of the No. 2 Auckland Battalion, and Thames Navals, in the Onetree Hill Reserve, Epsom. No. 2 —Officers to the Commanding Officer’s Staff will be nominated hereafter. No. 3.— The several Corps will proceed to Camp on THURSDAY, the 12th inst., in the order detailed below : The Waikato Mounted Rifles, with their horses, will entrain at the Stations named : No. 1 Company, at Frankton, by Special Train, 10.5 a.m. No. 2 Company and Kihikihi Detacnment of No. 3 Company, at Te Awamutu, at 8.25 a.m.; I s o 3 Company, at Cambridge at 8.35 a.m., joining Special Train at Frankton, at 10 5 a.m. These Corps will detrain at Remuera, and proceed to Camp under the command of the Senior Officer present. Auckland Mounted Rifles will assemble at their Parade Ground at 6 p.m., and proceed to Camp. No. 4. —Te Aroha Rifles will entrain at Te Aroha at 7.40 a.m. No. 1 Ohinemuri Rifles will embark at Paeroa at 6 p.m , on s.s. Taniwha. Coromandel Rifles will embark either at 6 30 a.m. or 6.30 p.m , whichever is most suitable to them. Hauraki Rifles and fl hames Navals will embark at 5 p.m , and proceed by s.s. Wakatere. , Onehunga Rifles will parade at their Drill Hall at 7 p m., and march to Camp. All Corps arriving in Auckland, either by train or steamers, will proceed without delay to Camp No. s.—The “A” Battery, Artillery, with their guns, will parade at 7 p m., and proceed to Camp. Auckland Infantry Battalion (No. 1), Bearer Corps, and Garrison Band will parade at the Drill Hall at 730 p.m., and proceed to Camp under the command o the Senior Officer of the Battalion. No. 6. —Officers Commanding Companies will detail two men each to load and unload the baggage, all of which belonging to the Garrison Corps should be at the Drill Hall not later than 9 p m. on WEDNES DAY, the 11th inst.
