CONDITIONS. In the event of a walk-over only half of the stakes will be paid. , No Nomination or Acceptance will be received on any pretence whatever after the day named, or without being accompanied by the necessary amount of cash. Attention is particularly called to this regulation. All pedigrees and performances of horses, and colors of riders, to be sent with all entries. Any jockey riding in other than the colors entered shall he fined 2 sovs. All protests must be made in writing to the Secretary within 15 minutes after the race, accompanied by 2 sovs, which will be forfeited to the club should the protest be dismissed. Should any dispute arise in any way connected with these races, the decision of the Stewards shall be accepted as final and conclusive, and every owner nominates subject to the above conditions. CHESTNUT YEARLING COLT, by St. Hippo out of Maratea, by Nordenfeldt from Fishgirl, by Yattendon from Fanny Fisher, by Fisherman from Coquette. Fishgirl is the dam of Swordfish. This Colt is very stoutly bred, St Leger, Robinson Crusoe, Musket, Yattendon, and Fisherman running through his pedigree. LOT 3. CHESTNUT YEARLING FILLY, by St. Leger out of Bellona, by Nelson from Muskerina, by Musket from Hippona, by Hippocampus from Yattenna by Yattendon. Bellona is full-brother to Man of W a winner of several races on the West Coast of New Zealand, This Filly is well grown and on breeding lines is difficult to beat. LOT 4. BAY YEARLING FILLY, by St. Hippo out of Waitemata, by Eiridspord from Aorere, by Chester from Kaipara, by Goldsborough from Mantana, by New Warrior from Menuaro, by Fisherman. Eindsdale, a full-brother to Waitemata, a winner m Victoria. This is a well grown Filly, and should command the attention oi breeders.
