BILLIARDS
The cable announces that Charles Dawson and J. P. Mannock are to leave England by the Ormuz for a tour through Australia. Dawson has been battling for some time with Diggle for the position of runner up to John Roberts at the spot-barred game, but Diggle has more than once proved his superiority. The visit of the two crack plajers should arouse an interest in billiard circles, and it is to be hoped that Dawson will be able to arrange a visit to Maoriland.
