OTAGO.

Dunedin, March 16.

Gipsy Grand has been leased to Mr Reid, of Elderslie, for stud purposes, but only to cover a limited number of twenty mares, so it is most likely he will be tried for racing again next season.

Britomarte is in work again. Blazer is not going north, as he is to get a spell for the remainder of the season, with a view of giving him every chance of a good three-year-old development. H. Goodman has sold the two-year-old Finella (by Artillery—Titonia) to a patron of McGuinness’ stable, into whose hands she has gone for training. Kuroclydon is progressing favourably, and will shortly be put into work again.
